Introduction

Construction audits ensure compliance with contracts, financial accountability, and adherence to technical standards, while regulation provides the legal and institutional framework for quality, safety, and efficiency in the industry. This program equips participants with the knowledge and tools to conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance in Ethiopia’s construction and real estate sectors.
